Ordering Guidelines

Tags: Pot tags are available at an additional charge of $0.10 per and are not automatically included with your order – if you require tags, please request them when placing your order. Tags are bundled and sold to match the number of plants per tray - what you need is what you get!

Substitutions & Shortages: In the event of shortages or delays, we will notify customers to arrange rescheduled shipments. We will not make substitutions or reschedule orders without prior customer approval.

Claims: If a customer objects to the quality of the plant material he has three days to present proof via email with pictures included. A refund or replacement will be given if the claim is substantiated.

Dormant Plant Material: We guarantee dormant material to be of good health and sound quality. Customers have the same three-day window for any objections. Any claims will not be considered past this timeline. Species of ephemeral nature are not included in this guarantee and will be offered only within certain windows listed in the availability document.

Cancellations: A 20% restocking fee will be charged upon the customer if we are not given 72 hours (work days) notice of any cancellations. Cancellations should be sent via email.  

Credit: There is no in-house credit available at this time. 

Limitations: We are not responsible for the health of the plant beyond the purchase since we have no control over their management when they arrive at your site.
